If for whatever reason you decide you aren’t satisfied, contact our helpful customer support via email or contact form within 30 days of receiving your order to get your money back.

Terms & Conditions

1. In order to receive your refund, we require all customers to send the product back in original condition, without any obvious sings of wear or damage. 

2. Refunds will be provided following receipt of postage proof by the customer. 

3. Unfortunately we cannot honor satisfaction guarantee for products that have not been returned to us. 

4. We cannot honor satisfaction guarantee claims that have been made outside of the stated 30 day window. 

5. The 30 days time period starts from the confirmed delivery date of your order. 

6. Any errors or damage caused by the customer is not covered by this guarantee.
