While we appreciate your patience, we are amending our refunds and returns policy to extend our return times.
We have extended the cancellation period to 48 hours to give customers enough time to make a decision whether they want to proceed with their orders. Should we not receive any instructions from the customers within 48 hours of order confirmation, we will presume the order should go through and customers are taking on the risk of delivery delays.
Cancellation requests received after shipping confirmation has been sent unfortunately cannot be honored and the customer will have to request a refund and send the product back to use before the refund can be processed.
